Saturday 10.00 am -12.00 pm. Each session includes a walk of approx. 45-60 mins at moderate speed. Loan poles are available at $12 for all 4 sessions (please pay at first class). Talk to your tutor if you prefer to use or purchase your own poles. Please wear good walking, running or trekking shoes and comfortable outdoor clothing.
